  • 500<\/span> gr<\/span> de coles de Bruselas<\/span><\/li>
  • 3<\/span> cucharadas<\/span> de Mantequilla<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> cucharadas<\/span> de Harina com\u00fan<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 \u00be<\/span> tazas<\/span> de Leche<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00bc<\/span> taza<\/span> de Queso Gruyere finamente rallado<\/span><\/li>
  • 50<\/span> gr<\/span> de Pan rallado<\/span><\/li>
  • Sal<\/span> al gusto<\/span><\/li>
  • Pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/span> al gusto<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> pizca de Nuez moscada reci\u00e9n molida<\/span> al gusto<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/h3>
    • Retira las hojas exteriores de las coles de Bruselas, l\u00e1valas y c\u00f3rtalas por la mitad a lo largo del tallo y esc\u00e1ldalas en una cacerola con agua hirviendo con sal durante 5 minutos. Deben quedar al dente, se terminar\u00e1n de hacer en el horno. Escurre muy bien y reserva.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Ahora prepara la salsa bechamel. En una sart\u00e9n coloca la mantequilla, una vez est\u00e9 derretida, agrega la harina y remueve hasta que se tueste un poco. Vierte la leche y mezcla para que no se formen grumos. Sazona con sal y pimienta y agrega nuez moscada reci\u00e9n rallada. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Agrega a la bechamel, una peque\u00f1a parte del queso y mezcla para que se integre,<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Mezcla en un plato el pan rallado y el resto del queso. Reserva.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • En una fuente apta para el horno, extiende una cucharada de mantequilla y acomoda las coles de Bruselas en el fondo, una al lado de la otra, sin superponerlas y vierte sobre ellas la salsa bechamel.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Espolvorea con la mezcla de pan y queso.<\/div><\/li>
    • Cocina en horno precalentado a 180\u00b0 durante 20 minutos o hasta que la superficie comience a estar dorada.<\/div><\/li>
    • Retirar las coles de Bruselas gratinadas del horno, dejar reposar y enfriar durante unos diez minutos antes de servirlas.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n
